Cancellation policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs. Our cancellation policy varies based on the type of purchase option:

Existing Stock Orders:

  • For orders of in-stock items, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • If your order has already been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.

Custom Order with Hand-Painted Only:

  • Custom orders requiring hand-painting can be cancelled within 48 hours of order placement.
  • After this period, a cancellation fee of 20% of the order value will be applicable to cover design and preparation costs.

Custom Order with 3D Model and Hand-Painted Head / Figurines:

  • Custom orders involving 3D modelling and hand-painted components can be cancelled within 72 hours of order placement.
  • After this period, a cancellation fee of 30% of the order value will be applicable to cover design, 3D modelling, and preparation costs.

Cancellation Process:

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@seedbymi.com within the specified timeframe for your purchase option.
  • Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation.

Refund and Processing:

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • The applicable cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Custom Orders Note:

  • For custom orders involving extensive design or intricate work, we appreciate your understanding that preparation begins soon after your order is placed.
